Welcome to fast tip Friday this is amy bowser with litigation support guru today's tip is how to endorse PDF files using Adobe Acrobat Pro I have eight files that i need to endorse i've created a folder called endorsed and we're going to put the ending result pdfs into that folder so the first step is to go to tools if it's not if you open it acrobat and it's not on just click tools and then in this pages section choose bates numbering choose add Bates numbering there's a couple different ways to add the files you can add a folder you can add files individually or you can just drag and drop so you don't have too many files mmm once the files are listed here you can change the order of them any way you want they're in the wrong water I'm going to go to output options we're going to select that endorsed folder that's where we want them to go we're going to choose replace filenames with starting and ending Bates number the file names will change from exhibits numbers to the Bates numbers which makes it really easy to figure out where the ending Bates number is in case you need to do this again or you know add files later so we're going to click OK and they want to click OK and then in this dialog box I use either aerial or Arial bold and then I use a round 11 point this is all you know whatever your preferences are and then change the bottom margin you notice the blue lines down here the blue dashed lines will change so I'm going to change to lower it down on the page 2 point 3 i'm also going to change the...
